Farmers & Merchants Bank is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Junior Board of Directors. Open to upcoming high school seniors. Application deadline is APRIL 10, 2026.
Personal Finance
Junior Board members will acquire personal finance skills that will support them during their college years, help them navigate the professional world, and seize future career prospects.
Leadership
By participating in various projects and activities, the Junior Board learns how to effectively communicate, collaborate with others, and make decisions as a team. The Junor Board program empowers students to become confident, responsible, and successful leaders who are ready to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Community Involvement
Junior Board members choose local charities and/or organizations within the community to support. Being involved in the community helps student acquire hands-on experience and establish connections within the local area.
